Registration and abstract submission are now up!
Deadline for submission is Friday February 22, 2013.
Registration fee is $35.
Instructions are included on the registration website. If you are submitting an abstract, please send via email after you register to firstname.lastname@example.org. Be sure to include the title of your presentation as well as contributing authors with your abstract.
Please conform to the following presentation guidelines:
Posters should be no more than 36 x 48″
Oral presentations should be 12 minutes, with 3 minutes for questions. The 3 minutes belongs to the audience, and is theirs to ask as many questions as possible, so please allow the allotted time. Presentation format should be Power Point or PDF format, and should be on a USB drive in order to transfer to the University computers. No personal computers will be allowed to be hooked up to be used for presentations.
There will be prizes for best oral and best poster presentations, judged by faculty from Notre Dame or another university. Grading forms used in the judging will be available by request for those that wish to have feedback on their presentations.
